Sven Hermansson holds a PhD in Energy and Environment from Chalmers University of Technology and has 20 years of experience in the fields of energy and bioprocess technology across academic, institutional, and industrial settings. At Södra, he has previously been engaged in the development and implementation of corporate strategies with a focus on innovation in energy and biochemicals. Since 2024, he is responsible for Södra's investment program for lignin production at Södra Cell Mönsterås.
