The Conference Dinner is not included in the registration fee. Separate registration is required.
Confirmation
Medicongress will send a formal confirmation by email after receipt of both the registration form and payment.
Payment
Only Credit Card payments are accepted.
Cancellation
Any participant cancelling his/her registration before 30 April 2012, will receive a refund, less 100,00 Euro covering administration costs. No refunds are made after this date.
A written cancellation is mandatory for receiving a refund.
