Dinner is not included in the registration fee. Separate registration is

Confirmation
Medicongress will send a formal confirmation by email after receipt of
both the registration form and payment.

All payments are to be made in Euro, net of all bank charges and commissions
for the receiver.

Please mention the participant’s name on all money transfers. All payments must
be made without bank charges for the receiver.
• Credit Card: All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation
Any participant cancelling his/her registration before 30 April 2010,
will receive a refund, less 100,00 Euro covering administration costs. No
refunds are made after this date. A written cancellation is mandatory for
receiving a refund.
Registrations can at any time be transferred upon a colleague at an
extra charge of 75,00 Euro.
