A number of hotel rooms have been booked at special group rates, including VAT and breakfast. Housing requests are filled in order of receipt. Hotel availability cannot be guaranteed after May 3rd.
Any requests for hotel accommodation must be accompanied by a credit card number, in order to secure the room. This credit card will not be charged by the organizers but only serves as a reservation guarantee. Delegates will have to pay their hotel room and personal expenses at the hotel.
In case of cancellation please contact Medicongress and not the hotel. All cancellation conditions are mentioned on the price list and reservation form. No exceptions will be made. In case of no show the full stay will be charged on your Credit Card.
A confirmation of your hotel request will be sent directly. Your hotel voucher will be sent in a later stage.

> 15 days before arrival: free of charge
< 15 days before arrival: full stay will be charged
Hotel de Brienne
Cancellation > 30 days: free of charge
Cancellation < 30 days or no show: full stay will be charged.
Hotel Arnaud Bernard
Guests can cancel free of charge to 24 hours before the date of arrival
In case of later cancellation or no-show, we charge on the credit card supplied in guarantee the amount of the first night stay.
